I have found that you really need to adjust player traits for all QBs and pair with sliders (I also use Matt10) to make it function a little better. There's an explanation inside that Matt10 operation sports forum from madden 21 that explains what I'm talking about. It's not perfect, but limits the "robo QB" with ridiculous completion %.
