Best 3 stat riven would be CC/CD/MS/-harmless negative. You should avoid the usual negatives, like -Dmg, -Crit (damage), -Multishot, -Mag size is also really bad since rubico has only 5 shots per mag and negative fire rate.

Thing is, rubico is still the king of eidolon hunt, but if you go anywhere else perigale will destroy rubico. Rubico is easier getting intwo eidolons, perigale if you’re decent and wanna build your combo super super fast. Rubico is still the golden standard for snipers in Eidolons.
