The NXP Tag Info app is correctly identifying it as a ntag215. By the "tag dump file" do you mean that the amiibo dump file is corrupted/invalid? Or the key.bin file is messed up. Put files onto google drive. Make a folder using your android device in the google drive and then save a copy of the .bin files to the folder. Open Tagmo and go through drive and select the files in the folder.
