Want to reinforce my fleet but there is no shipyard availiable. i have 3 shipyards but when i want to reinforce my fleet, no shipyard is availiable for reinforce my fleet. i have to manuel build the ships and merge. Most likely reason is that you've paused the game and are now trying to reinforce a fleet that's in transit between star systems.

Adding just a couple of hangars to an otherwise regular-weapon-focused fleet isn't really gonna do extra damage to most enemy fleets. Either play it safe and go for a regular weapons build that can't be intercepted, or overwhelm the enemy with more strike craft and torpedoes than they can handle.

It still can be chewed up if it faces something that counters it like artillery battleships. Usually that can be avoided though by mixing a carrier-artillery fleet.
