You should have 240V arriving from your breaker box. If not then there is a break in the wiring but more likely your module is bad. Have install a new 24kw Generac with a whole house 200 amp ATS all is working properly, other then the SACM. The problem that I am encountering is that the SACM will only let me shed one load at the time, when I connect 2 air compressors on their one contractor at the SACM and one one unit kick on, it sends the 24 vac to all other contacts and the tests switch at the SACM will not operate.
