Bloon Bliminator (bomb) 5/5/5 boomerang might be great. It would have rotating glaives and shoot ricocheting boomerangs really fast while also occasionally shooting anti-MOAB boomerangs. If the ability affected the anti-MOAB boomerangs and rotating glaives, this would be crazy OP. Ninja would pown.
