I did reach out to TD Ameritrade who told me that once a TD Ameritrade account has been migrated to Scwab, that account will no longer be able to access to legacy TD Ameritrade API, which I assume NinjaTrader is using. Sep 17, 2017 · To view your account balance on the Accounts tab of the Control Center or trade live with any connected brokerage you must: Have a live license key (either Single Broker, Multi-Broker, or Direct Edition) Have this license entered into NinjaTrader under Help -> License Key; Have Global Simulation Mode Disabled Open Ninja, delete your APEX "My Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage" connection under connection configuration, click "Apply" then "OK". Close NT8 and restart. Re-add the APEX connection with your credentials, "apply" then "OK", reboot your machine and restart your NT8. This means that your account hit the drawdown and has been liquidated.
