Angel/Oracle is core but the build revolves around Charisma stacking. Paladin dips, Sacred Fist dips, Hellknight dips, etc. Basically stacking Charisma is the strongest build in the game and Oracle/Angel is one of the best ways of taking advantage of it. For example a Half Elf Max Cha build cha easily have 22 Cha at lvl 4.
