9/15 FedLoan to Mohela Transfer here, my PSLF tracker is up . I saw a post that someone's IDR waiver was applied by Mohela (I'll believe it when I see it myself), so I checked my account. I saw my PSLF counter was up. Figured I'd post for my fellow OCD/periodic checkers.

If those dates are not within a qualifying employment period or you have not yet submitted a form to cover those months then they currently won't count until you submit a form. ... ECF approved 11/4/22 called mohela told on d2d list I'm forgiven. Refund request escalated.
My loans were transferred from Nelnet to Mohela after filling out PSLF online paperwork. I wasn’t made aware of the transfer until I logged into my student aid account in October after the payment pause lifted and saw my new servicer was Mohela.
