A quick note on Ryze's pro play winrate and the recent nerfs. A lot of people are using Ryze's low winrate in pro to argue against the 12.7 nerfs. However, I think that the stat isn't a good basis for that type of claim. First of all, the number of games is extremely low. Ryze is the best minion out there, he can use runes after all. You can deal %10 damage to 0/10 champions with your full combo (with at least 3 items of course), really op if you ask me. Needs some f"cking nerf actually. Welcome to nerf of, I mean, World of EQ. EQALTF4 is new meta too, try it. Tank Ryze build. Mid Builds. TL;DR: be tankier = live longer = more EQ. Final Build: Crown, Mejai's, Lucidity boots, Fimbulwinter, Demonic Embrace, Rylai's. A pseudo-tank Ryze build if you're tired of getting blown up by everybody. You can survive a lot longer in fights while still dishing out damage.

Season 11 must ban is Irelia. Ryze can fight pretty much anyone else, Irelia is the only really undoable matchup. Akali, Yone, Yasuo, and champs like that are all doable, albeit difficult matchups. Irelia is just purely impossible because she's got way too much in her passive alone that makes her uncontestable.

Yesterday i checked last few 14.X patches and he legitimately has a nightmare win rate in EUW Diamond+/Master+, and it genuinely feels like an automatic loss when he is drafted. As far as worth he's a safe blind pick, and he has a freedom to build what he wants more than most champions. He can fit into a lot of comps and he can carry.
