New to Flight Simulator, and I am having the Syncing Data problems discussed earlier in this thread. I have been able to get te software numerous times after reinstalling and a few prayers but then the next day I am back to the problem. I have been searching for solutions the will resolve this problem vs a temporary fix.When I start any game now for the first time since 1/21/2022 the game gets to its first loading screen and attempts to sync data. During this time the progress bar stays at 0% forever. If I cancel syncing I never get the prompt again for that game, but am now forever stuck in the game's first loading screen.

Its probably because way too many people play this game and Larian implementing in game steam cloud sync instead of just the normal close game > sync which increase the traffic dramatically. Did the same thing: Disabled Cloud entirely, not that I need Cloud since I only use one Device! #2.

I finally gave up and just turned off the sync games that can be synched thing inside Steam. I save all the games I play to disk. When I finish a game I copy/paste the save files into another folder somewhere so I never lose any saves outside the possibility of catastrophic NVME or SSD failure and I mitigate that by maybe once year I copy every thing related …
