I don't think the actor's country of origin matters for voice acting. If it's so important, they should recast every elezen's voice actors because they're supposed inspired by the French. I like her voice acting and the V.A did an amazing job!! Especially as a latina, I really like how the pronunciation of things changed when the word was hispanic, it was like "ooohhhh, you are really from Tural!"
