Late to the party but great write up! I have the P322, the 502, and both flavors of TX22. The Taurus' and the Sig have been rock solid (granted they all had a few hick-ups) but between the 3 they have probably eaten over 2000 rounds with maybe 10 to 15 FTFs and duds (and no baths) both suppressed and un-suppressed. ...

Downside of .22 pistols, they are so dang picky about ammo. I've got a Ruger Mark IV and a Walther PPK-S. The Ruger won't run anything but CCI and the Walther will shoot anything but CCI! Taurus TX22 chugs them all and runs flawlessly. The only Taurus worth owning.The P322 is similar to a .22 training pistol in the sense that it looks and feels like a defensive style pistol. But unlike rimfire trainers such as the Glock 44 or the FN 502 Tactical, the P322 is not a 22 version of an existing model. The dimensions are similar to the P320 Compact, but the shape is different, and it’s a little slimmer.

I've got big hands and it fits me a lot better then a lot of other .22's on the market. Trigger is surprisingly good. Comes factory with a threaded barrel. I don't own an sr22 but I have shot a few. Actually size and weight do matter to me, at least a 4" barrel, the SR 22 has a 4" model, the P322 is right in that range also as is the Glock 44 22lr. I didn't mention Kel Tec because I've already narrowed it down to the models/ Brands I mentioned.
